1. How to Keep Teamgee Battery in the Best Condition?

Please note the battery cannot be over-discharged. When the power is lower than 25% or when you hear the low-power alarm, please charge the battery as soon as possible. Excessively discharge will shorten the use of the battery lifetime, a more serious failure that can directly result in battery damage and failure to recharge.

When the Teamgee skateboard is not used for a long time, make sure to keep it in a cool and dry place, (and make sure the place could match the beauty of our board.) and charge it for every 20 days, up to 80% full is fine.

Please avoid storing it under high temperature, high humidity or corrosive gas.

2. How do I cancel my order?

You may email us before we ship the order(tracking provided). Then we can process a refund. But once the order shipped, we cannot call back the shipment, that's why we cannot cancel the order. Normally we will process the order within 3 business days.
