Teamgee works hard to improve the quality of our electric skateboards.

Every electric skateboard has to undergo a series of thorough inspections before shipped out.

Once our electric skateboards somehow fail to satisfy you, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We are happy to help you.

【 Warranty 】

We offer 3 months free repair for defective parts that come with the board.

【 Refunds 】 (if applicable)

Please note that once you buy any Teamgee product(s) you can get our repair service if there is any problem with the skateboards.

We will send you the product / accessories to fix the issue. please note that this service doesn’t include water damage.

Teamgee is working hard to build a local warehouse for future repair service

【 Exchanges 】 (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at market@teamgee.com

In most cases, items shipped from Teamgee can be returned/exchanged within 14 days upon receiving.

However, they need to be in perfect condition and original box.

Please contact us before returning a defective item in order to receive the return shipping address and other instructions.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.
